Job Summary

Assisting Project Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure that the delivered products are consistent with SPA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring architects' programs from Building Plan Submission stage, Tender, SPA, until Construction stage according to MIP.
  • Building Plan Submission
    • Ensure sufficient detail in architect's drawings for submission to MPK/MPSA.
    • Assist to co-ordinate consultants.
  • SPA drawing & specification
    • Ensure consistent with BPA, Tender Drawings & Construction Drawings.
    • Ensure sufficient detail for tender documentation.
    • Assist to coordinate inter-departments and consultants.
  • Tender Drawings
    • Ensure Tender Drawings tally with BPA, SPA & Specification during tender documentation stage.
    • Ensure sufficient detail for construction.
    • Assist to monitor the tender documentation programme.
    • Assist to co-ordinate inter-departments and consultants.
  • Construction Drawings
    • Ensure Construction Drawings tally with BPA, SPA & Specification before site possession.
    • Ensure completed buildings consistent with SPA.
    • Assist to monitor the construction drawing programmed.
    • Assist to coordinate consultants and contractors / suppliers.
  • Support HOD in execution of environmental procedure within your department, development or project.
  • Drive environmental sustainability target/ KPI and report periodically to respective HOD.
  • To comply with applicable legal and other requirements.
  • To take responsibility to protect the environment and prevent pollution.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineer/ Town Planning / Architecture / construction related discipline.

Skills & Abilities
  • Good working knowledge of consultant's method of working.
  • Working experience in dealing with authorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint & Project).
  • Proficient in communication and writing.
  • Self-confidence and team player.
