An exciting opportunity has become available to join Hays, an industry-leading Training, Learning & Development team as a Trainer SEA. This critical role is focused on continuing to drive business success through the delivery and development of Hays’ training programmes.

In this role you will be integral in helping others to realise their full potential on their learning journey, empowering them to sharpen and develop their expertise, as well as enhancing Hays SEA employee experience. You will not only provide employees with key skills and abilities, but you will inspire them to be passionate and resilient to achieve success.

You will report to our Training, Learning & Development Manager and be responsible for the development of our Consultants across SEA. This will involve classroom and virtual training, delivery of core programmes, travelling to regions and, as well, developing industry-leading training to support the needs of our ever-changing business.

Your wide exposure to the Hays SEA business operations will allow you to truly influence every aspect of Hays, and most importantly, you'll be part of the development and engagement of our most important asset – our people. You will get the opportunity to travel around SEA to deliver training.
