Your new role
An exciting opportunity has become available to join Hays, an industry-leading Training, Learning & Development team as a Trainer SEA. This critical role is focused on continuing to drive business success through the delivery and development of Hays’ training programmes.
In this role you will be integral in helping others to realise their full potential on their learning journey, empowering them to sharpen and develop their expertise, as well as enhancing Hays SEA employee experience. You will not only provide employees with key skills and abilities, but you will inspire them to be passionate and resilient to achieve success.
You will report to our Training, Learning & Development Manager and be responsible for the development of our Consultants across SEA. This will involve classroom and virtual training, delivery of core programmes, travelling to regions and, as well, developing industry-leading training to support the needs of our ever-changing business.
Your new role will involve (but not be limited to):
  1. Delivering classroom training in accordance with existing learning and development programmes that align sales, systems and technology
  2. Providing sound and constructive feedback to managers on participants' performance and development
  3. Supporting the creation of content by working with key business stakeholders
  4. Enhancing an individual's skills and abilities that reflect a high-performance culture
  5. Designing new learning and development initiatives using your recruitment expertise and a variety of delivery channels
  6. Building strong relationships with stakeholders in the SEA business to identify training needs and develop a self-led learning culture
