Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the Material Preparation section to ensure smooth operations, production efficiency, quality compliance, and achievement of daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Production

• Plan and manage daily material preparation activities.
• Supervise production of raw material.
• Oversee recycling processes (blunging, filter press) and Waste Water Treatment Plant.
• Operate and maintain machinery.
• Monitor raw material usage and report production output.
• Ensure materials meet production and turnover plan requirements.

Team & Process Management

• Lead and supervise section operators.
• Communicate daily performance to management and relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety rules.

Quality & Maintenance

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Conduct internal audits as required.
• Ensure machines and tools are in good working condition.
• Maintain 5S standards and execute TPM tasks.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives.
• Resolve production or quality issues on the shop floor.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any technical or relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment, with team supervision experience.

• Proven ability to plan and monitor production, manage manpower, and troubleshoot process or machinery issues.
