Job Description
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Plan and manage vehicle availability in close supervision of immediate Supervisor to ensure all booking requests are fully met and on time.
- Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of booked vehicle for each assignment.
- Responsible for vehicle movement including vehicle inspection upon delivery or return either for each booked vehicle or its replacement and report any cases to HQ.
- Maintain daily listing of vehicle movement (check in and out) for easy monitoring purposes.
- Responsible for handling and entertaining walk-in customers and partners.
- Ensure the cleanliness and the upkeep of the office and its surroundings at all times.
- Switch off/on light as and when required.
- Complete all tasks with proper documentation via job ticket, apps and supporting documents (if any).
- Work in good manner to provide excellent customer service.
- Provide support to immediate Supervisor as and when required.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate Supervisor or the Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
- Hard working, reliable and courteous.
- Shift and willing to work extra hours and at odd times (if required).
- Malaysian National or Foreigner with valid work visa.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Able to perform basic work on computer.
- Driving license (Minimum D Category).
