Functional Responsibilities:

Personnel Data Admin (PDA)

  • Processing employee data entry into SAP for personal details, including new hires, transfers, and terminations

Time & Attendance (T&A)

  • Processing employee leave and overtime data, involving Excel and SAP data entry

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Data analysis and maintenance in Workday & SAP for compensation packages, incentives, benefits, allowances, perks, and bonuses

Payroll Administration

  • Running payroll via SAP
  • Reconciling data from PDA and T&A teams to ensure accurate payroll processing

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role preferred
  • Experience with SAP or Workday is advantageous
  • Willing to be based in Georgetown, Penang
