• Track and ensure the delivery of shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure tasks are carried out properly and completely.
• Stand in as a hub manager when necessary.
• Handle cash on delivery payments and ensure daily banking.
• Work closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Control inventory and manage shipments to minimize the risk of missing or damaged parcels.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Other Responsibilities

• Conform to ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System.
• Ensure safety of oneself and others.
• Participate in QMS, OHS, and GDPMD related programs such as training, campaigns, and inductions.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably a Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
