  • Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and perform general administrative duties.
  • Assist administrative staff with word processing, data entry, and filing.
  • Arrange courier services as requested.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries on the general line.
  • Make necessary phone calls.
  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors.
  • Receive, relay, and manage messages and faxes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails and documents.
  • Open and date stamp correspondence.
  • Arrange samples for customers.
  • Prepare for meetings.
  • Provide word processing and secretarial support.
  • Conduct monthly checks on safety measures and emergency devices.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
