Job Description

In your new role you will:

1. Carry out Distributor Point of Sales (POS) reconciliation and Ship and Debit (S&D) claims for error clearance.
2. Perform the full spectrum of Distributor Multisource Stock Return quarterly process.
3. Perform Distributor Inventory reconciliation and Point of Sales (POS) monthly reporting.
4. Prepare Distributor Ship and Debit (S&D) claims weekly reporting.
5. Support and contribute to project tasks when requested.
6. Support internal and external audit.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A business degree with at least 1-2 years of relevant job experience or its equivalent.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees and external parties.
• High integrity, a pleasant personality, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and intellectually demanding environment.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
