Job Responsibilities

1. Manage manufacturing and delivery of IT applications, including change requests, collaborating with SBU Engagement Managers/SMEs to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
2. Develop technical solutions within the existing ecosystem boundaries.
3. Engage with Squad Lead to develop and manage request deliverables, planning, and timelines.
4. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
5. Review requirement analysis and SIT testing scope.
6. Identify potential risks and issues in the delivery process and develop mitigation strategies.
7. Drive efficiency and effectiveness within the solution delivery function, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to best practices.
8. Understand system usage as it relates to daily business operations and advocate for improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Provide production support and assist in identifying root causes of application issues.
10. Offer post-implementation support to business users in their areas of responsibility.
