Job description

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, drive business growth through strategic planning, and ensure the successful execution of system integration projects, while also managing customer communications and optimizing customer service processes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts; develop and maintain strong business relationships.

Lead end-to-end project processes to ensure smooth management throughout the entire product lifecycle (including quotations and sales orders, design and development, prototype builds, mass production, and quality reviews).

Perform daily project management activities to ensure timely deliveries and program success (e.g., set up project timelines, allocate resources, manage budgets, lead project team meetings, and communicate project results).

Manage sales performance and oversee current and upcoming programs to achieve revenue targets.

Address and resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Monitor customer forecasts and inventory impacts due to order changes, and manage performance reporting for monthly and quarterly reviews.

Requirements and preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
  • 5–10 years of proven program/project management experience within the manufacturing industry (Electronics, EMS, CM)
  • Familiar with box build assembly processes (PCBA, Product Assembly, Testing, and Packaging)
  • Experience in the Medical Industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Familiarity with CAD software is an advantage
  • Willing to travel for business purposes
