Job Descriptions

1. Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
2. Assist Station Head in station’s daily routine tasks:
3. Receive & Return shipment
4. Sorting
5. Van Inbound
6. Latlong Parcel
7. PETs Ticket creation
8. Route Monitoring
9. Route Inbound
10. Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)
11. Comply with all related Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions for Fleet Operations.
12. Assist Station Head in ensuring all required documents are properly kept and updated.
13. Assist Station Head in maintaining the station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
14. Comply with Ninjavan Code of Conduct
15. Adhere to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objectives.
16. Perform any other tasks as instructed by superiors.

Others

1. Conform to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements.
2. Ensure safety of oneself and others.
3. Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programs such as training, campaigns, induction, and others.

Requirements

1. Age between 18 - 45 years old only.
2. Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. No formal experience is required, but any prior experience demonstrating logical problem-solving skills will be advantageous.
