NPI Program Manager (Experience in Semiconductor Industry) - Based in Perai

Our client is a global company based in Perai that designs and manufactures interconnect solutions, including cables, connectors, and other electronic components.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or Supply Chain
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, SAP
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-initiative, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in manufacturing industry, leading and coordinating NPI activities from concept to initial mass production
  • Ensure smooth transition from development to production, meeting quality and timeline requirements
  • Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to address pre-production challenges
  • Oversee pilot runs and validation processes to ensure production readiness

Position Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables through collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Identify and assess potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies
  • Proactively address challenges to keep the project on track
  • Monitor project expenses and report on budget status to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide regular project updates, including progress reports, risks, and key milestones
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future projects
