Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring the right amount of merchandise mix in stores at all times, from the moment of product launch until selling out, with the goal of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute merchandising, sales, and production strategies, revising plans according to actual sales situations and adjusting production by SKU.
• Minimize Out of Stock SKUs by percentage through thorough review and forecasting of each item and its SKU sales.
• As a team, target to maximize sales and profit, minimize year-end inventory, and eliminate SKU out of stock.
