Job Summary:

  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
    • Monday to Sunday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: RM3,500 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and treatments.
  • Manage booking and scheduling of appointments.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese or Malay is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with booking software and payment processing.
  • Willing to work at Mont Kiara or The Tropika Bukit Jalil.

Shifts may vary, including weekends and holidays. 5-day workweek with weekdays off.
