Job Description: P2P Senior Analyst

The P2P Senior Analyst manages and processes invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies. This position reports to the Team Manager and is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, under Beckman Coulter, part of the Center for Financial Services (CFS).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage Accounts Payable transactions, including verifying, coding, and matching invoices with purchase orders.
2. Handle email queries and resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues.
3. Support month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
4. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
5. Contribute to the development and refinement of Accounts Payable procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 3-6 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a Shared Service environment.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Working hours: 12 pm – 9 pm MYT, supporting the EMEA region.
