Job description

Project Implementation Analyst (HRMS/ESS/HRSS)

• Implement the FlexHR Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Employee Self Service (ESS), and Human Resource Strategy System (HRSS) modules.

• Engage in all implementation stages of the FlexHR application, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and more.

• Configure the system based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with agreed specifications and expectations.

• Ensure project delivery meets the specified requirements and expectations.

• Validate, migrate, and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness during data migration to FlexHR.

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for both train-the-trainer and end-users to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and user proficiency.

• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and parallel runs, involving customers to validate system functionality and results, and provide necessary support for a smooth transition.

• Support customers during parallel runs to ensure outcomes are accurately synchronized.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams from project inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

• Continuously update knowledge with the latest system releases and market trends for ongoing development.

• Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

Requirements:
  • STPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related fields from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they have graduated from an accredited institution in relevant fields.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Microsoft SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate project activities with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent time management skills and familiarity with monitoring technology is a plus.
  • Willing to travel and have own transportation for on-site implementations.
  • Willing to relocate as required.
