We are looking for an experienced SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Functional Consultantto manage and optimize the end-to-end order-to-cash processes within our SAP environment. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring the SAP O2C modules, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP functionalities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and requirements related to the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, including order management, pricing, billing, and receivables.
• Configure and customize SAP O2C modules to align with business needs and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate O2C processes with other SAP modules like MM, SD, FI, and CRM.
• Lead or support SAP O2C implementation projects, including system enhancements and upgrades.
• Provide expertise in areas such as order fulfillment, pricing, invoicing, credit management, and customer returns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to O2C processes and provide post-go-live support.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and configuration guides.
• Conduct user training, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for O2C modules.

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of experience in SAP O2C configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes such as order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and accounts receivable.
• Experience with SAP integration across modules like SD, MM, FI, and CRM.
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience in managing or supporting full-cycle SAP O2C implementations or upgrades.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with both business users and technical teams.
• SAP O2C or SD certification is an advantage.
