Job description

Our company is growing rapidly and is looking for a Channel Sales Manager. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates who do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. Coordinate the involvement of company support, service, and management resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
  2. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  3. Lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones, while continuously assessing and validating partner needs.
  4. Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  5. Recruit new qualifying partners, conduct partner enablement, engagement, and key account mapping.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in channel sales within the IT industry, with a proven record of achieving sales quotas.
  2. Experience selling enterprise solutions to large and medium-sized corporations is advantageous.
  3. Knowledge of channel partner management is essential, with direct experience in distribution required.
  4. Knowledge of cybersecurity, security, and storage products is a plus.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in English and local language skills.
  7. Motivated, results-driven, and able to submit reports on time.
