Job Responsibilities
- Support Departmental Head in formulating and monitoring advertising & promotional activities, including brand building and implementing marketing strategies.
- Design and execute advertising plans, budgets, and expenditures.
- Liaise with suppliers and printers for promotional materials and publications, prepare POP displays, and organize promotional activities.
- Prepare project proposals and annual marketing plans.
- Liaise with advertising agencies for above-the-line (ads, magazines, billboards, radio ads) and below-the-line (newsletters, posters, buntings, souvenirs) advertising.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities and monitor market conditions and competition.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and the company website.
- Liaise with influencers/KOLs for social media engagement and posting monitoring.
- Work closely with the Sales & Operations teams to execute creative and effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Evaluate and compile feedback from promotional campaigns.
- Handle packing and distribution of marketing collateral/POP to retail shops prior to campaign launches.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in marketing, business, mass communications, or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience in the retail sector is an advantage.
- Excellent English written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Creative, trendy, highly motivated, proactive, with an analytical mindset.
- Good PR and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask.
- Strong background in managing social media platforms.
