We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our marketing team. As an in-house designer, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand's digital presence, ensuring strong engagement with architects, interior designers, and customers. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across web, social media, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and videos while also managing corporate branding, social media content, and digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Digital Design, Branding & Digital Marketing
- Design and manage digital assets for websites, social media, email marketing, and online ads while creating engaging content to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print marketing materials.
- Respond to daily Facebook inquiries and follower comments to maintain high engagement.
- Develop website banners, UI/UX mockups, and assist with web visuals.
- Create, edit, and post engaging video content across multiple platforms to promote the brand.
- Collaborate with MARCOM to develop product images, storyboards, and advertising materials.
- Design and execute visual assets for corporate branding, including social media, brochures, catalogs, direct mailers, and exhibition materials.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative digital marketing growth strategies.
- Support exhibition design, annual dinner visuals, and CSR program materials.
Motion Graphics & Video Production
- Use animation and motion graphics tools to create engaging product visualizations and promotional videos.
- Edit and optimize product videos, marketing clips, and social media reels for online campaigns.
- Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance branding materials, website content, and product presentations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling video storytelling for corporate and product branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital design, branding, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design, branding, and digital marketing principles.
- Experience in managing websites and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and animation.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Experience & Skills
- Experience in B2B branding and digital marketing for manufacturing or interior design industries.
- Ability to analyze social media and web analytics to improve engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software (e.g., Blender, KeyShot) is a plus.
