- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting & finance roles.
- Proficient in AutoCount accounting software and general computer applications.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Manage full set of accounts: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
- Handle monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRD Corp regulations.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure timely compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, statutory submissions, and ad-hoc reports when needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and filing systems.
- Monitor the company’s financial performance and provide insights for improvements.
- Assist in audit preparation and liaise with auditors and tax agents.
- Support any ad-hoc finance or admin-related tasks as required.
