An exciting opportunity to join our team within a growing ICT Services company as a Marketing & Communication Specialist in our Global Sales & Marketing Team.

Role Purpose:

The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for setting up and executing campaigns, managing press relations, creating thought leadership content, and developing sales collateral. Working closely with the global team, you will align company objectives with regional market priorities to deliver compelling content and experiences, generate demand, create new business opportunities, and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities/Accountability:
  1. Marketing Communications – Targeting customers for Getronics services and products, managing marketing campaigns and events, overseeing direct marketing operations, and coordinating with third-party vendors to maximize customer awareness and corporate event value.
  2. PR & Brand – Managing external press relations and brand positioning to establish Getronics as a leader in ICT services and digital solutions.
  3. Project Management – Collaborating with key stakeholders to plan and execute marketing initiatives, and proactively communicating with internal and external audiences via web, email, video, and events.
  4. Internal Relationship Building – Working with sales, pre-sales, and business teams to leverage their expertise and insights for effective marketing strategies.
Skills/Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an international marketing role within the IT or technology sector.
  3. Strong understanding of modern marketing practices, including customer journey mapping, marketing automation, content strategy, lead nurturing, analytics, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
  4. Experience with tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Meltwater, LinkedIn Navigator, Pardot, and Salesforce is advantageous.
  5. Ability to develop and execute cohesive marketing plans with clear messaging and targeted audiences.
  6. Customer-centric approach in all activities, with experience managing budgets effectively.
