Role Summary:

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive sales while representing the brand positively for repeat business. Assist customers with product selection and information, fostering a positive and ethical work environment.

About the Brand:

Chloé was founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, an Egyptian-born Parisienne, with a bohemian spirit. She created soft, alluring clothes from fine fabrics, pioneering 'luxury prêt-à-porter'. In December 2020, Gabriela Hearst joined as creative director for ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Sales & Customer Service: Achieve sales targets, execute strategies, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the brand’s luxury image.
  • Store Operations: Follow SOPs for opening/closing, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure proper visual merchandising.
  • Inventory & Reporting: Manage stock, conduct regular counts, resolve discrepancies, and update reports accurately.
  • Compliance & Development: Adhere to company policies, handle customer concerns, and enhance product knowledge continuously.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Strong sales ability, exceptional customer service, and clienteling skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining the luxury brand image.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
