Responsibilities

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Product Line Gross Margin:

• Support the Controller and act as a business partner to the Order Fulfillment Manager.
• Deliver business performance analysis and narratives focusing on revenue, cost of sales, manufacturing overhead (MOH), variances, inventory, capital budget, and headcount.
• Handle all Order Fulfillment related month-end activities, including revenue recognition bookings, inventory, and cost of sales (COS) accruals.
• Monitor and report manufacturing performance and gross margin analysis.

Partner with the Cost Accounting team and engage in standard cost setting.

Support the controller in strategic planning (SP) and semi-annual financial planning (Fall & Spring PLAN).

Provide support for NPI/Product Transfer and project ROI analysis.

Note: Applications within the same family will be treated as lateral transfers only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a professional qualification in Accountancy, with 8 to 10 years of work experience.
• Strong communication, analysis, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft Excel. Experience with OneStream and MicroStrategy is an advantage.
