1. Responsible for ensuring that the products, services, and product lines under their domain resonate with both current and potential customers. You are also responsible for continuously monitoring marketing trends and keeping a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace.
2. Reports to and keeps senior management updated on the marketing plans and initiatives. You will serve as the point person for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the brand. These initiatives and activities include campaigns, events, corporate responsibility programmes, partnerships, and sponsorships.
3. To lead and manage the daily operations of the Marketing & Communications Department and team.
4. To develop and implement a marketing framework that supports all CEFL centres across Malaysia. To provide assistance with strategic engagement and facilitate the expansion of centres' presence and student recruitment in their local areas.
