A leading company in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to develop and implement HR policies, manage recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, Employment Act, etc.).
Liaise with relevant government bodies (Labour Department, SOCSO, Income Tax, etc.).
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Issue job offers, conduct offer negotiations, and perform reference checks.
Plan and conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.
Identify skills gaps and design training & development plans.
Organize workshops, upskilling sessions, and employee engagement programs.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing and submission of statutory contributions.
Prepare payroll summary reports and conduct compensation analysis for management review.
Performance & Employee Relations
Monitor and maintain attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions.
Drive performance appraisals and provide coaching & career development support.
Foster strong employee relations, improve morale, and support retention strategies.
Draft and update SOPs, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
Handle industrial relations matters, memos, and HR correspondences as needed.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
Proven experience in HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training, and industrial relations.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour laws.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
