Responsible for transaction review in the Online Reimbursement System (ORS), performing routine accounting system entries, assisting in the preparation of financial statements and related analysis reports, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. This role reports directly to the Accounts Supervisor or Accounts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Transaction Review:
  • Review transactions in ORS.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure all documents are fully scanned and uploaded into ORS.
  • Verify amounts and classifications in the "Invoice List".
  • Supervise and assist staff in transaction reviews.
  • Accounting and General Ledger:
    • Manage daily accounting activities using Autocount System, including data entry, filing, and supporting documentation.
    • Verify bank accounts with monthly bank statements and prepare reconciliations.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions in major suppliers’ accounts and monitor creditor balances.
  • Other Tasks:
    • Assist in implementing internal control systems to ensure compliance with financial policies.
    • Assist in preparing documents for auditors, tax authorities, and government departments.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
    Requirements:
    • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
