Job Description
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues via chat, including upselling to a growing customer base.
  • Identify and understand various customer needs and scenarios.
  • Provide solutions and consultation in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Stay updated on client and industry processes, technologies, utilities, and products.
  • Use client-based tools for customer management and service.
  • Transfer customers to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Perform data entry, documentation, and case management.
  • Collaborate within a team-based environment.
  • Achieve and maintain required performance metrics and goals.
  • Possess good English skills (spoken, reading, writing).
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience is required.

This role involves 100% sales and technical support, including account management, with fixed salary and allowances.

Qualifications

Education: SPM, Diploma, or Graduation degree. (A soft copy of the certificate is required; SPM result/slip alone cannot be accepted.)

Additional Information
  • Work hours: 24/7, with rotational shifts and days off (Monday - Sunday, 5 working days, 2 off days). Shifts and days off may change based on business needs.
  • Public holidays are considered normal working days; employees working on public holidays will be compensated accordingly.
  • Work mode: On-site at Sutherland Office, Level 1, Avenue 5, Tower 6, Bangsar South (Touch N Go Building). No hybrid work option.
  • Attendance is mandatory during training, nesting, and generally during the first 6 months (probation period). Leave is not permitted during this period unless approved.
