WKV Holdings Hiring! Full Time Warehouse Supervisor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 + commission - Ricebowl

• Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in warehouse supervision, preferably in event or entertainment industries
• Knowledge: Familiarity with equipment handling and best practices
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) and operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts (certification is a plus)
• Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work nights and weekends as per event schedules

Inventory & Equipment Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking, ordering, and stock-taking of event equipment (sound, lighting, staging, etc.)
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch activities, ensuring equipment is in optimal condition
• Coordinate regular inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment

Shipping & Logistics Coordination

• Plan and prioritize equipment for scheduled events
• Organize loading and unloading to ensure timely dispatch and return
• Prepare and review shipping and delivery documentation for accuracy

Warehouse Operations & Safety

• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Train staff on equipment handling and safety protocols
• Monitor equipment usage and storage, reporting issues promptly
• Coordinate with operations and event teams to meet equipment needs
• Serve as a point of contact for warehouse activity issues
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
