Responsibilities include:

1. Giving instructions and monitoring staff performance accordingly.
2. Ensuring warehouse stock is kept in proper places and packed accordingly.
3. Ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.
4. Reporting all activities daily to upper management.
5. Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through quality in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and goods quality assurance.
6. Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
7. Maintaining good housekeeping and safety standards at all times.
8. Contributing warehouse information to strategic plans, implementing productivity and quality improvements, resolving problems, and identifying system enhancements.
9. Planning and managing all store activities to ensure timely delivery of incoming and outgoing goods.
10. Maintaining cleanliness of store and storage areas according to scheduled standards.
11. Performing other ad-hoc activities assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Preferred experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing company.
• Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across departments.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred due to stakeholder communication requirements.
