Job Description:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Coordinate and monitor employee training programs and ensure timely execution
  • Support the performance appraisal process and maintain related documentation
  • Manage and oversee foreign worker documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Ensure smooth execution of employee development activities across departments
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records and reports
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department on a day-to-day basis

Job Responsibilities (JR):

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling, and onboarding
  • Coordinate and manage training programs for staff across departments
  • Administer and support the performance appraisal cycle
  • Oversee and manage foreign worker documentation and compliance
  • Maintain accurate HR records and files
  • Ensure HR activities comply with legal and company policies
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet manpower and development needs
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, essential for communication with Chinese institutions.

Salary Range: RM5K - 8K
