The Manager Sales & Business Development Head is responsible for developing business partnerships and driving new revenue sources for the plant. This position involves identifying opportunities and threats within business segments served by the company, collaborating with stakeholders to develop initiatives and strategies that optimize business opportunities to meet budget objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate more leads for Thermoforming parts and packaging products (for semiconductor, consumer electronics, FMCG, etc.)
Meet sales budget targets
Build and manage a business development pipeline to achieve annual sales growth above the industry average
Develop new key accounts for sustainable sales growth
Propose and execute strategic business direction in line with division goals
Become an expert in the products offered
Liaise with the NPI team for prompt RFQ and delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field
5 years or more of industrial sales experience in plastic components (Heavy Gauge), E&E industries with demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts; B2B technical sales experience is essential
Age between 30s to early 40s
Ability to converse in Chinese or other dialects for business communication
