Clinical Application Specialist - Basic + Allowance + Incentive

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with effective pre-sale demonstrations and training.
  • Build relationships and networks with users and key decision-makers.
  • Provide post-sale user training for plastic surgeons, dermatologists, medical doctors, and aesthetic physicians to ensure optimal utilization of equipment features.
  • Develop and update training materials and implement training programs; continuously update product knowledge and skills.
  • Provide theoretical and practical training for internal staff.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct courses, conferences, and workshops on products for doctors.
  • Collect market information and feedback to assist in strategy development and implementation.
  • Proactively organize scheduled customer visits and propose user training sessions.
  • Assist in building Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Coordinate and execute advertising and promotional activities, including product launches and maintaining the company's social media platforms.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in organizing events.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical, Medical Science, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Experience as a clinical educator is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication in English, and ability to work independently.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel.
