Job description

HR Executives are responsible for employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. They also play an important role in planning, directing, and coordinating the administrative functions of an organization. HR Executives need to be equipped with knowledge of labor legislation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Oversee recruitment and hiring process
  2. Direct disciplinary procedures
  3. Conduct new employee orientation
  4. Process paperwork and administrative jobs
  5. Plan and coordinate the workforce to optimize employee talent
  6. Resolve issues between management and employees
Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Familiar with human resource management systems
  2. Good knowledge of labor legislation, particularly employee contracts, leave policies, and government regulations
  3. Punctual, reliable, and strong communication skills
  4. Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  6. Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
  7. Attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills
  8. Knowledge of EPF, Socso, HRDF
  9. Performance-based Year-End Bonus
