Job description

• Manage Facebook page to increase centre branding and awareness.

• Develop ideas and conduct advertising and promotion activities to increase student enrolment.

• Participate in any marketing and advertising promotion events or Eduwis Franchisor events upon request.

2. Staffing and Human Resource Management

• Provide leadership and management of employees, including recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation. Motivate staff and foster a positive work environment.

• Arrange and monitor attendance, performance, and punctuality of facilitators for monthly training sessions.

• Maintain consistent standards for facilitators and students’ behaviour, oversee attendance, and manage guidance, health, and food services for children.

• Supervise school facilities, oversee maintenance of all facilities and equipment, identify future needs, and develop safety and emergency procedures.

• Maintain regulatory and compliance documentation and operational records according to Eduwis standards.

• Attend monthly teacher training and additional training organized by Eduwis Franchisor.

• Manage the centre's budget, including preparation, administration, and oversight.

• Set quarterly targets in collaboration with management.

• Handle procurement of materials, ingredients, and equipment needed for operations.

• Engage in parent communication.

• Guide and lead teachers in executing teaching activities.

• Coordinate and implement annual activities and events.

• Update centre operation documentation and reports.

• Liaise and report to Eduwis Franchisor representatives.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Education Level: Diploma or Degree

Field of Studies: Preferably ECCE or Psychology

Years of Relevant Work Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role

Languages: Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to adapt to change
