Key Responsibilities
  1. Store Visits & Display Audits
    • Conduct regular visits to all retail counters to ensure visual displays align with brand guidelines and products are well-represented.
    • Perform display audits to assess product placement and merchandising effectiveness.
    • Ensure that all counters are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  2. Inventory Management & Stock Replenishment
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely replenishment.
    • Resolve stock discrepancies quickly to maintain optimal stock availability.
  3. Project Management
    • Manage retail projects such as promotions, stock transfers, price changes, and store relocations.
    • Identify process improvements and assist in implementing them to streamline operations.
    • Train store staff on retail processes, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams to implement promotional strategies and store layouts.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in retail management, visual merchandising, or operations.
  • Experience in the home fragrance or similar retail industry is an advantage.
  • Must be comfortable with regular travel across Klang Valley (own transportation required).
Skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and retail partners.
  • Willingness to learn inventory management systems and proficiency in Excel.
