About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Manager to lead our Digital User Acquisition, Engagement, and Marketing efforts. This role involves developing strategies to increase awareness, acquire new users, and enhance engagement with HLB Connect and other digital services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage ongoing customer communications to promote awareness of HLB Connect and its features, fostering user engagement.
  2. Design, launch, and oversee marketing campaigns aimed at digital acquisition and increased usage of services and features.
  3. Collaborate with AEM and UI/UX teams to optimize user experience during onboarding, product acquisition, and transactions.
  4. Ensure digital journeys are properly tagged with analytics tools like Adobe and Google Analytics for performance tracking and optimization.
  5. Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and report on results.
  6. Coordinate with Data Analytics and other teams to prepare performance reports and insights.
  7. Engage with various stakeholders including branches, product teams, IT, and marketing to support campaign objectives.
  8. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze competitors.
