Salary range: RM5,000-RM8,000 depending on the candidate's level of experience.

Allowance, KPI and Bonus also available.

Responsibilities:

• Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, and participating in social events.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Recruit and onboard new potential partners to CPP (Channel Partner Program).
• Manage ties with 1 and 2 partners.
• Establish bindings with 3 partners.
• Meet and exceed set targets.
• Support and develop all partners.
• Prospect and develop new accounts and/or new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Strategize to maximize coverage of overall accounts, service, and development of assigned sales accounts, fostering good personal and business-based relationships within those accounts.
• Balance short-term gains with long-term growth for all opportunities and initiatives to achieve/exceed present sales targets (product revenue and services as defined in the compensation plan) and increase market share.
• Prepare all proposals, risk analysis, and cost/benefit analysis for opportunities within the account.
• Act as a general liaison between Tech Titan, vendors, and customers for the escalation process of delivery and pricing issues.
• Document and execute Account and Opportunity Plans in the required format, demonstrating a strong understanding of the customer's business issues and relating them to business initiatives, corresponding IT initiatives, and solutions that address those needs.
• Develop a contact network within channel partners to enable effective business sales.
