Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
  • Prepare HR letters such as confirmation, increment, warning, and resignation acceptance letters
  • Assist in posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and arranging interviews
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payroll completion
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave applications, and claims
  • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
  • Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
  • Handle staff queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in HR Management
  • Language required: Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • At least 2 years related working experience in related field
  • Experience in monthly payroll processing
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Good communication and written in English
  • Basic knowledge of labor law
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, hardworking, honest & mature
  • Capable to work under pressure and multi-tasking
