About the role

Seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at TE Hardware Engineering Sdn Bhd. This full-time role will be based in Selangor - KLANG and will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling a range of general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Providing reception duties, such as greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing correspondence
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory, and placing orders as required
  • Providing support for various projects and tasks as needed
What we're looking for
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Proficient in using various office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role would be an advantage
