T.T.E. Engineering (M) Hiring! Full Time HR Senior Recruiter in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 90,000 - Ricebowl

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business studies or equivalent.

At least 7 years in similar role with relevant hands-on working experience in recruitment.

Computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office.

Good command of English, both verbal and written skills. Proficiency in mandarin language preferred to deal with mandarin speaking counterparts.

A confidential person, good team player with positive attitude.

Keeping up to date with current employment legislations.

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment from screening, shortlisting, applicant management, interviews, gathering feedbacks, preparing recruitment reports, etc.
  • Work closely with HR Manager on manpower requirement and support all departments on recruitment matters.
  • Responsible for new staff on-boarding/induction & exit interviews.
  • Coordinate various in-house and external training program, maintain training records etc.
  • Liaise with training providers & HRDF grant & related issues.
  • Handle periodical briefing on company policies & compliances.
  • Support HR initiatives and activities i.e. company annual dinner, company trip, etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
