Summary

An order fulfillment Planner specialist's job is to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that products are shipped on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with customers, production planning, quality, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Analyse and report on order fulfilment performance metrics
  • Work with Production planner and DCs to ensure products are available and track stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Communicate with shipping departments to arrange timely deliveries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fulfilment process.
  • Generating Ship Plan base on customer urgency and forecast, and working with Production planning to schedule per forecast and customer urgent models needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distribution Center partners, logistics partners and Planning.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Management/business/Supply Chain or any relevant relate courses.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain / Planning/ Order fulfilment.
  • Speak and write proficiency in English and Malays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Possess own transport and accommodation
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
