Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development and Reporting Automation

• Design and develop interactive dashboards to track and communicate business performance effectively.
• Automate recurring reports to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of reporting processes.

Performance Analysis and Insights

• Conduct in-depth analyses of business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), recommending improvements for underperforming areas.
• Provide insights into operational efficiency and financial performance to support decision-making.

Data Innovation and Optimisation

• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing rigorous validation and quality control measures.
• Continuously enhance reporting frameworks to incorporate advanced visualization techniques and functionalities.
• Drive the standardization and centralization of reporting processes to improve consistency across teams.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Has 3-5 years of experience in dashboarding, reporting automation, and performance analytics. Prior experience within a transformation or COO office environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced Excel skills.
• Detail oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights effectively.
• Strong ability to interpret and translate business needs into effective data solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
