Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day business application support and coordination with vendors on application troubleshooting. Manage and ensure system access in accordance with authorized rights. Set-up, implementation, deployment, training, and documentation of system usage to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of company database information and customer data.
  • Coordinate, implement, and deploy system application projects effectively.
  • Support and maintain Gamuda Land's business applications to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Verify and test application functionality against specifications before deployment.
  • Liaise with vendors for setup, installation, and configuration support.
  • Perform database maintenance and housekeeping to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records of support and services provided.
  • Document system operations and activities, including implementation reports.
  • Ensure applications meet organizational requirements, policies, and standards.
  • Plan and coordinate system application implementation and deployment.
  • Translate business operations into functional specifications for applications.
  • Monitor and manage system configuration settings, ensuring security controls.
  • Collaborate with vendors for troubleshooting and consultations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Comply with all Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment policies.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business/Commerce, MIS, Information Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Skills & Abilities

  • Experience in property development services and CRM is an advantage.
  • Ability to identify key issues, gather relevant data, and develop recommendations.
  • Recognize potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Effective communication skills, hardworking, and proactive.
  • Keep updated with relevant IT knowledge applicable to the work environment.
