BREAD TRAINEE/COMMIS/SENIOR COMMIS - Selangor Area

Responsibilities

1. Prepare breads and pastries, including doughs, fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating.
2. Ensure the production of high-quality products.
3. Safely and properly use baking tools, equipment, and appliances.
4. Follow food safety handling policies and personal hygiene procedures.
5. Lift heavy items for extended periods.
6. Read and follow recipes accurately.
7. Store baking utensils properly.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
