Job description

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for supporting daily office operations. This full-time position is responsible for managing front desk operations while providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functions. This dual-role position requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

What you need to do
  1. Front Desk and Visitor Management:
    • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
    • Prepare and manage outgoing documents, letters, and correspondence
    • Coordinate dispatch tasks including document delivery, collection, and courier services
  2. Administrative Tasks and Support:
    • Ensure the office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
    • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including document preparation and filing
    • Provide administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
    • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical
    • Maintain office supplies and inventory
    • Assist with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Prior experience in administrative or front desk roles preferred
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
  • Availability to start on 1st June 2025
  • Willing to work at Menara Milenium, 5 minutes from Pavilion Damansara Heights
