Job Position: Office Manager
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30, Saturday 8:30-12:00
Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management Coordination
(1) Formulate and optimize the company's administrative management system and supervise the daily operation of the office (equipment maintenance, security, cleaning, etc.).
(2) Manage the office budget and control administrative costs (such as procurement, travel, and event expenses).
2. Cross-departmental coordination
(1) Coordinate the resources of various departments to ensure the efficient operation of the company's internal processes.
(2) Organize management meetings and follow up on decision implementation, draft meeting minutes and important documents.
3. Human Resources Support
(1) Assist the HR department to complete employee attendance, welfare distribution and basic personnel file management.
(2) Lead the planning of company cultural activities (such as annual meetings, holiday activities, team building).
4. Compliance and External Liaison
(1) Ensure that the company's operations comply with the Malaysian Labor Law and SSM (Companies Commission) requirements.
(2) Connect with government agencies, properties and external service providers (such as office leasing, insurance).
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, no limit on major, administrative management, business administration is preferred.
2. More than threeyears of administrative/office management experience in medium and large enterprises, manufacturing background is a plus.
3. Proficient in Malay, English, and Chinese (multilingual documents and communication are required).
4. Proficient in using Office software and OA system, and have basic financial knowledge (able to review administrative budgets).
5. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to handle multiple urgent tasks at the same time.
