Job Purpose
  • Planning, printing, and releasing customer orders (with relevant documents) to the factory according to delivery date and production resource capacity.
  • Providing internal order administration support between production and other departments to ensure on-time and efficient production.
  • Updating and maintaining inventory data in D365 to align with actual stock in production for accurate planning.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Production Planner in planning, printing, and releasing production orders to the factory, along with corresponding labels and instructions.
  • Respond to and prioritize orders based on customer service requests.
  • Review raw materials, solutions, and bases for each work order to identify shortages before release.
  • Firm and print work orders for production, including ad hoc orders.
  • Check for any special manufacturing instructions on work orders and issue as required.
  • Adjust yield (wastage) for firmed jobs and manage stock adjustments/discrepancies reported in production.
  • Book materials into the ERP upon receipt of goods.
  • Monitor pending orders in the manufacturing process and follow up as needed.
  • Support monthly safety stock planning and daily monitoring review reports.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow between purchasing, production, QC, and customer service to ensure efficient production.
