Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws
  • Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, and day-to-day HR operations
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development initiatives
  • Help implement and improve HR policies aligned with Flowmingo’s culture and scaling needs
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee support and internal HR inquiries

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of HR experience; startup or tech industry experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Vietnam labor regulations and payroll practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
