Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.

Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and recommend talent solutions.

Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Maintain employee payroll records and ensure timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.

Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters

Qualifications & Requirements:

Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and payroll.

Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and payroll regulations.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Fluent in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
